It was inaugurated on 1/6/2005 by Panakkad Basheer Ali Shihab Thangal. Our institution is run by Hilal Education Trust and we have a powerful leader to guide us, Mr KV Abdul Nasar, Chairman of Akbar Group of Companies. Over the past 15 years the school has grown to accommodate 1000 students, with sufficient infrastructure for curricular and co-curricular activities in 3.5 acre of land.
The school has digital classroom for ICT enabled learning. The staff of the school has been trained and experience to act as a scaffolder to students. Students are encouraged to practice secular and ethical values in an atmosphere where every creed and faith co-exists in harmony

TODDLER
First five years of a child's life are fundamentally important in building the foundation for their growth, development, health, social skills and emotional skills. Preschool (2-3 years) helps Children acquire social skills, learning how to interact well with others, whether peers or teachers, can smoothen the educational process in the future. Adult interaction and moulding are required for early socialization. Learning to share and co-operate is an important aspect of social interaction. PRIMARY MONTESSORI
Mont. 1 - They are the youngest group of children (3-4 years). Their area of development covers, communication, social and emotional development, oral learning, recognition and assimilation of various topics.
Mont. 2 - The early program for the children (4-5 years) includes development in the area of language, mathematics, science topics, social skills and physical education.
Mont. 3 – Also known as Special Batch at Hilal Public School. Age group under (4.5yrs – 5.5yrs) this stage where your child starts questioning what, who, where and how? This is the stage where we lead from concrete to abstract, so that they strengthen their skills and shape their personality for further growth and development.
LOWER ELEMENTARY (Grade 1, Grade 2 & Grade 3)
Lower Elementary refers to the first few years of elementary school, typically encompassing Grade1, Grade 2 & Grade 3. During these years, students are laying the foundation for their education and developing important skills such as reading, writing, and basic Maths. Lower Elementary classrooms are often filled with hands-on activities, bright colours, and lots of play-based learning opportunities to keep young children engaged and excited to learn. Teachers in Lower Elementary are tasked with creating a positive, nurturing environment where students feel supported and encouraged to explore their interests and curiosities. Lower Elementary also follow Montessori-method. UPPER ELEMENTARY (Grade 4, Grade 5 & Grade 6)
Upper Elementary refers to the stage in a child's education between 4th and 6th grade, typically for students aged 9-12 years old.
